AccuAI Systems LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by your firm for the services provided during the current billing cycle.
7. SMS Communications
AccuAI Systems may use automated SMS and email communications to deliver service updates, appointment reminders, and client notifications. You may opt out of these communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Austin, Texas.
